Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with 3333be, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of play.
• You are registering in your own name and for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 3333be.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 3333be for any reason.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.

By completing registration you warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and mobile number — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Verification (KYC)

3333be operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days).

Account Suspension & Termination

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, 3333be reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining balance.
